Fundraising Projects in Our Local Community.
We are proud to support our local community by offering discount prices to charitable organizations.
In 2006, Visualmedia Productions created a fundraising video for "Centro de Atencion Multiple", a local school for children with special needs. Our video helped the school to raise thousands of dollars for much needed supplies and improvements, and helped to increase public awareness of the wonderful work being done there.
In 2007, Visualmedia Productions photographed and designed a popular calendar entitled " The men of Playa and their dogs" to help raise money for the PEANUT PET SHELTER, a locally-run non-kill pet shelter. Images from the calendar can be reached from our PHOTOS page.
From 2009 through 2012, Visualmedia Productions created fundraising videos to help raise money to support our local firefighters. The first is our annual THREE-LEGGED PUB CRAWL, which we have created four videos for, one for each year since 2009. The second is an interview with local fire chief Brian Borjesson, and discusses the needs and goals of his fundraising efforts for Playa del Carmen's BOMBEROS.
